New IHMR community opened in Tirchenreuth parish, Germany.

On the evening of 14th November 2019, All roads in Regensburg were leading to Tirschenreuth catholic parish. This parish Mariä Himmelfahrt (Assumption of our Lady) Tirschenreuth, is found in Regenburg diocese in Germany.

On this day, Dr. Rudolf Voderholzer, the Bishop of Regensburg diocese blessed the new IHMR community in Tirchenreuth parish, blessed the convent, the sisters and their works.

It was a joyous and colourful evening which began with vespers with the bishop. The parish priest Fr. Flier George and his curate, plus Christians blessed the occasion with their presence.

The IHMR sisters will be working in the health field. Adoration and pastoral work is just part of their apostolate.

We thank the Almighty God for His providence and guidance. Gratitude too goes to Rt. Rev. Dr. Rudolf Voderholzer, Fr. Georger Flierl, Frau Öfele Maria Luisa, the parish council and all people of good will for the warm welcome and support.

We continue to pray for each other and to work together for God’s greater glory.
